Our Return Goods Policy
- You must receive prior approval from us prior to returning any merchandise. We cannot accept or offer credit for any merchandise returned to us without such prior approval.
- All returns must be from direct Rising customers. No third party returns are acceptable.
- Returns will be authorized at the customer's request in writing by fax. When requesting return authorization, the lot number and expiration date must accompany the request.
- We cannot accept your return without a return authorization number on the outside of the package(s).
- Credit for, or replacement of, the merchandise will be made within sixty (60) days following receipt of the merchandise (meeting Return Goods Policy requirements).

- Short-dated, unopened and unmarked merchandise in their original containers with return authorization properly obtained from us:
- No earlier than three (3) months prior to the expiration date.
- No later than twelve (12) months following the expiration date.
- Merchandise shipped erroneously by Rising, provided it is returned unopened, in its original container, within thirty days from date of shipment.
- Unopened merchandise that has been damaged in shipment by Rising or its agents.
- Short-dated, unopened and unmarked merchandise in their original containers with return authorization properly obtained from us:
